Custom-made and made-to-order wedding dresses are created individually and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has started.
Production times vary by design and will be indicated on the product page or during checkout.
Maison Bridal reserves the right to decline or cancel orders that violate these Terms or if a product becomes unavailable.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide via trusted logistics partners.
Shipping times depend on your destination and chosen method.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delays caused by customs, weather, or courier services are beyond our control and do not entitle the customer to a refund.
Maison Bridal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom-made and delicate nature of our bridal gowns, all wedding dress sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has begun or the item has shipped.
Exceptions apply only to:

Accessories (veils, shoes, jewelry, detachable trains) returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days, or

Incorrect or defective items, reported to info@maisonbridal.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our policy conditions.
