At Maison Bridal, every order is handled with care and precision to ensure your gown or accessory arrives safely and beautifully packaged.
Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
👗 Wedding Dresses
All bridal gowns are made-to-order or custom-made.
Production and quality inspection typically take 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the design and complexity.
During high-demand seasons (spring–summer), processing may extend up to 10 weeks.
💍 Accessories (veils, trains, jewelry, shoes, etc.)
Processing time for accessories is usually 2 to 5 business days before dispatch.
Once your order has been produced and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship worldwide through trusted and trackable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or La Poste / Colissimo, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, weight, and package size.
We occasionally offer free worldwide shipping promotions, clearly indicated on our homepage or during checkout.
Custom duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and depend on your country’s regulations.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel in real time.
If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@maisonbridal.com.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes determined by your country’s regulations.
Maison Bridal is not responsible for these additional charges.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information (name, address, phone number, postal code) is correct at checkout.
Maison Bridal is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 24 hours at info@maisonbridal.com to request a correction.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Maison Bridal is not liable for:

Packages lost or stolen after being marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Delays or damages caused by courier handling.
If your package arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the packaging and item immediately upon receipt.

Our team will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
8. Pre-Order and Custom Orders
Custom or pre-order gowns require additional production time (usually 4–8 weeks).
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on workload or fabric availability.
You will be notified in case of any significant delay.
9. Split Shipments
If your order includes both a custom dress and accessories, items may be shipped separately to avoid delays.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package when applicable.
10. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a parcel is refused or returned due to:

Inaccurate delivery information,

Unpaid customs duties, or

Failure to collect the package within carrier deadlines,
Maison Bridal cannot issue a refund.
Reshipping will require a new shipping fee.
