Because each bridal gown is custom-made or tailored to order, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy for all dresses.
This policy guarantees product integrity, hygiene, and respect for artisanal craftsmanship.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. General Policy Overview
Maison Bridal offers non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable wedding dresses due to their personalized nature.
Each gown is produced or adjusted specifically for you — made to order, measured, or customized in fabric, color, or design.
However, certain accessories may be eligible for return or replacement under specific conditions (see Section 3 below).
By completing a purchase on our website (www.maisonbridal.com), you agree to these terms without exception.
2. Custom and Made-to-Order Wedding Dresses
❌ No Returns or Exchanges
All bridal gowns, integrated veils, or made-to-measure pieces are final sale.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been confirmed and production has started.
This policy applies even if:

You change your mind after ordering

Your event is postponed or canceled

The wrong size was ordered

The color or texture appears slightly different from your screen display
We take great care in product descriptions, size guides, and images to ensure full transparency before purchase.

Every gown undergoes a detailed inspection before shipping.
If a production or shipping issue occurs, our team will review your case individually (see Section 5 for defective items).
3. Accessories Eligible for Return
Maison Bridal accepts limited returns for certain non-custom products, including:

Jewelry (earrings, necklaces, tiaras)

Shoes and clutches

Hair accessories (combs, clips, pins)
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

Items must include all original tags and protective wrapping
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage remains the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters the production or fulfillment queue.
Therefore:

Custom dress orders cannot be canceled.

Accessory orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
Although rare, if you receive:

An item damaged during shipping

If the problem is verified by our quality team, Maison Bridal will offer:

No claims will be accepted after 48 hours of receipt.
6. Color, Fabric, and Size Disclaimer
We use professional photography and detailed descriptions to present our gowns accurately.
However:

Screen and lighting differences may slightly alter color or texture.

Handmade finishes may result in subtle variations that reflect artisanal craftsmanship.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using our official Size Guide before ordering.
Maison Bridal cannot accept returns for these variations or sizing differences once the product has been produced.
7. Shipping and Return Process for Accessories
To initiate an authorized accessory return:

Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.

Ship your item back securely, unused, in original packaging.
Unauthorized or used/damaged returns will not be accepted or refunded.
8. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:

It will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Maison Bridal is not responsible for currency conversion fees or international bank charges.
9. Lost or Delayed Packages
Maison Bridal is not liable for:

Lost or stolen parcels after confirmed delivery
We recommend selecting tracked shipping and providing accurate delivery details.
10. Final Sale Items
All custom-made dresses, sample sales, and discounted items are considered final sale — strictly no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
11. Customer Responsibility
By confirming a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
